Product description
Sall branded steel tipping skips are the best solution for safely and efficiently transporting and unloading wastes and industrial materials. Designed and tested for maximum manoeuvrability both by hand and with forklift, they feature a compact and anticut design for easy manual handling of heavy loads (load capacity up to 2000 Kg), spaces optimization and to minimize the risk of cuts during manual operations. All models are equipped with the integrated rollover protection to prevent accidental tipovers and the emptying mechanism that can be operated by the operator without leaving the vehicle. Available as optional: internal rubber coating to attenuate noise, grid for settling tank with ball tap, polyethylene inner lining, anti-track wheels, braking device, directional device, removable or hinged cover, system for gradual tipping. All models are CE marked and delivered with complete instructions.

    Grid for setting tank

    The grid is designed to separate and collect in the settling tank any liquid residues of products or waste. The natural slope of 10 mm causes the liquid to be conveyed into the tank while the fold upwards blocks the solid parts. The holes have a diameter of 4 mm, ideal for the optimal separation between solids and liquids.

    Forklift tunnels with limit switch

    Forklift tunnels designed to be suitable for the majority of "man on board" forklift trucks. The final part ends in a wedge with shatterproof internal travel limit function. The closed part below presents a steel support for an even height and serves as a housing for the wheels.

    Unloading side reinforcements

    The reinforcements are placed on the outer side and are necessary to protect the container during unloading operations. The interior of the unloading side is thus designed with a smooth and even surface to facilitate the contents discharge.

    Rollover and latching mechanism 8 mm thick

    This mechanism allows the rollover and and the semi-automatic latching of the tipping skips after unloading operations.

    Release mechanism for automatic unloading

    The tipping mechanism consists of a lever designed and tested for emptying the contents with no need of getting out of the forklift truck. The lever is actionable by the operator while staying seated in the vehicle thanks to a rope, indeed.
