Descrizione del prodotto
I contenitori ribaltabili in acciaio a marchio Sall, detti anche benne ribaltabili e benne portarottami, sono ideali per il carico, il trasporto e lo scarico in modo sicuro ed efficiente di sfridi, rottami e altri materiali industriali. Le benne ribaltabili hanno una portata fino a 2000 Kg e sono progettate per una facile movimentazione dei carichi pesanti sia a mano che con muletto. La struttura compatta in acciaio rinforzato e anti-taglio è progettata per la minimizzazione dei rischi operativi. Tutti i contenitori ribaltabili sono marcati CE e dotati di protezione integrata antiribaltamento e meccanismo di scarico azionabile dall’operatore dall’interno del muletto. Disponibili come optional per tutte le benne ribaltabili: rivestimento interno in gomma per attenuare il rumore, vasca di decantazione con rubinetto, rivestimento interno in polietilene, ruote anti-traccia, dispositivo frenante, dispositivo direzionale, coperchio asportabile o incernierato, sistema per ribaltamento graduale.

    Forklift tunnels with limit switch

    Forklift tunnels designed to be suitable for the majority of "man on board" forklift trucks. The final part ends in a wedge with shatterproof internal travel limit function. The closed part below presents a steel support for an even height and serves as a housing for the wheels.

    Grid for setting tank

    The grid is designed to separate and collect in the settling tank any liquid residues of products or waste. The natural slope of 10 mm causes the liquid to be conveyed into the tank while the fold upwards blocks the solid parts. The holes have a diameter of 4 mm, ideal for the optimal separation between solids and liquids.

    Ball valve faucet for settling tank

    The ball valve faucet allows the safe discharge of liquid residues collected in the settling tank.

    Unloading side reinforcements

    The reinforcements are placed on the outer side and are necessary to protect the container during unloading operations. The interior of the unloading side is thus designed with a smooth and even surface to facilitate the contents discharge.

    Rollover and latching mechanism 8 mm thick

    This mechanism allows the rollover and and the semi-automatic latching of the tipping skips after unloading operations.

    Release mechanism for automatic unloading

    The tipping mechanism consists of a lever designed and tested for emptying the contents with no need of getting out of the forklift truck. The lever is actionable by the operator while staying seated in the vehicle thanks to a rope, indeed.

    Safety retaining chain

    The safety retaining chain holds the tipping container in place during handling and unloading, thus preventing any risk of slipping off from the forks. The welded steel housing allows safe and easy manual handling and positioning for forklift uploading.
