TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering the “Justrite Safety Group Golden Ticket Giveaway” competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. WHO CAN ENTER?
1.1 Entry is open to all businesses with a Justrite Safety Group distributor portal account.
2. HOW TO ENTER
2.1 The competition commences on 26th October and concludes on 31st December 2021.
2.2 In order to enter, eligible entrants place an order in the distributor portal.
3. PRIZES
3.1 There will be ten (10) prize draws and ten (10) winners. The winners will receive one prize each, as set out below.
3.2 The prize consists of: a “Golden Ticket” coupon code that can be used to in the distributor portal to secure the specific free product advertised that week
3.3 Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. HOW TO WIN
4.1 There will be ten (10) winners chosen from total pool of entries received, chosen weekly from the 26th of October to the 31st of December. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the competition will be eligible. The winners will be chosen subject to the criteria set out in clause 3.2.
4.2 Justrite Safety Group’s decision is final and Justrite Safety Group will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
4.3 Justrite Safety Group reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if Justrite Safety Group determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by Justrite Safety Group in its absolute discretion.
5. NO LIABILITY
5.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders Justrite Safety Group’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, Justrite Safety Group may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
5.2 Justrite Safety Group will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
5.3 Justrite Safety Group will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur: a) during the draw; b) while undertaking any activity in or connected with their entry into the draw; c) in the participation in any prize; d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail; e) due to the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compare, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person; in relation to failure of an entry to be received Justrite Safety Group on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
5.4 Justrite Safety Group assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
5.5 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Justrite Safety Group which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition Justrite Safety Group reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
